This legal notice applies to all visitors, users and purchasers accessing the website of MokeFit (domain: mokefit.com). By browsing, registering accounts, placing orders or completing transactions on our site, you fully acknowledge and agree to abide by all terms, statements and liability limits stated below.

1. Company & Shipping Entity Information

All products sold on mokefit.com are exported directly from our warehouse: 10th Floor, Jinshan Building, No.568 Jinshan West Road, Yongkang City, Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province, People’s Republic of China Official customer service email: merry@mokefit.com We are an overseas cross-border fitness equipment supplier, and we do not operate physical offline retail stores in overseas countries/regions.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

  1. All brand logos, website text, product photos, product videos, graphic design, product descriptions and brand slogans displayed on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of MokeFit.
  2. Any unauthorized reproduction, screenshot, editing, commercial use, secondary sale or distribution of our pictures, videos and brand content without our written email authorization is prohibited. We reserve the right to file complaints and claim compensation for intellectual property infringement.
  3. All product pictures, parameters and videos on the site are for display reference only; slight color, size and texture differences caused by screen resolution, light and batch production shall not be deemed as product quality defects.

3. Product & Liability Disclaimer

  1. All fitness equipment, electric massage devices and accessories sold by MokeFit are for household civilian use only. The products are not suitable for commercial gym, professional training, medical rehabilitation or heavy-duty long-time continuous operation.
  2. Our electric products (massage guns, electric treadmills) contain built-in lithium batteries compliant with UN38.3 transport standards. Users must strictly follow the product user manual for charging, storage and operation. We shall not be responsible for personal injury or equipment damage caused by improper operation, disassembly, modification or overcharging by customers.
  3. Product parameters, weight, size and load-bearing data on the website are measured manually with slight error within the normal industry range, which do not constitute a breach of sales contract.

4. International Cross-Border Transaction Disclaimer

  1. All goods are shipped from China to overseas destinations via international air or sea freight. All delivery timeframes displayed on the website are estimated transit days only. Delays caused by customs inspection, port congestion, carrier schedule adjustment, bad weather or local postal backlogs are beyond our control, and we shall not be liable for compensation due to delivery delays.
  2. Import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees and other local import taxes incurred during international transportation shall be fully borne by the recipient (buyer). MokeFit will not prepay, offset or refund any customs-related charges.
  3. We strictly comply with international dangerous goods transport regulations: we only ship fitness equipment with built-in lithium batteries, and standalone loose lithium batteries, power banks and spare battery packs are not available for delivery. If packages are detained or confiscated by customs due to local import restrictions, we do not provide full or partial refunds unless the goods are returned intact to our China warehouse at the buyer’s cost.

5. Website Access Disclaimer

  1. We reserve the right to update, adjust, suspend or close partial or all website functions without prior notice during system maintenance, version upgrade or inventory restocking periods.
  2. MokeFit is not liable for any network failure, virus intrusion, third-party payment system failure, data loss or property loss caused by third-party platforms, local network operators or customer’s own device problems.

6. Dispute Resolution

  1. All transactions between MokeFit and overseas buyers shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
  2. Any disputes arising from orders, delivery, product quality or refunds shall first be resolved through email negotiation via merry@mokefit.com. If consultation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the people’s court of Yongkang City, Zhejiang Province for resolution.

7. Revision of This Legal Notice

We reserve the right to revise, update or supplement this legal notice at any time without separate notification to users.
